Ideate Overview

With research insights in hand, we moved into ideation. This phase was marked by collaborative workshops and brainstorming sessions. Teams across finance, security, and infrastructure came together to align their processes and envision the ideal onboarding experience. Guided by user needs, we synthesized these ideas into an optimized blueprint for the new service.

Workshop Planning

The objective of this session was to determine how to effectively communicate the new onboarding process to customers and define its internal usage. The goal was to create a high-impact, low-cost solution by leveraging the tools the company already had. This workshop focused on brainstorming how the new onboarding process would look and how both internal and external users would interact with the solution.

Decision Making and
Road mapping

The brainstorming session led to an innovative solution that aligned with customer needs. We recognized that prototyping the idea, gathering feedback, refining it, and testing it were essential next steps. We decided who would own each step and created a roadmap for execution.

Brain storming activities

During the workshop, we worked with a multidisciplinary team that brought together diverse perspectives, including technical, financial, and security expertise. This collaboration was crucial in ensuring that all aspects of the process were considered. We engaged in several creative activities to explore ideas and harness the team's collective creativity.
