Interviews, Data Analysis and Synthesis
For the batCAVE project, we conducted in-depth interviews with ADOs, BOs, and stakeholders to uncover key pain points and understand the workflows involved in the onboarding process. This qualitative data was meticulously analyzed and synthesized into actionable insights, identifying recurring challenges and opportunities for improvement. Through this process, we developed user profiles and mapped stakeholder interactions to visualize the ecosystem comprehensively. These efforts culminated in a clearly defined problem statement, forming a solid foundation for the design of an intuitive and user-centered onboarding experience.

Stakeholder Mapping
Visualized team interactions and roles to clarify the onboarding ecosystem.
