My name is Gabriela, and my journey as a Service Designer has been shaped by my rich multicultural background and diverse experiences. I was born and raised in El Salvador, studied in Spain, and currently work in the United States, leading teams to transform services for meaningful impact. As a Team Lead at Intellibridge, I’m proud to contribute to projects for Center for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) , where strategy, innovation, and human-centered design come together.
