Test/ Implement Overview
The final phase focused on rolling out the solution. We started with mock implementations in controlled environments, gathering feedback to address any usability issues. The deployment was phased, ensuring a seamless transition for users and iterative improvements along the way. The result was a streamlined, scalable onboarding process that enhanced both user satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Mockup Implementation Session
Testing a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) is a critical step in ensuring that both the functionality and user experience meet expectations before the solution goes live. By thoroughly testing the MVP, we can identify and address any issues or gaps early on, reducing the risk of problems that could arise once the system is fully deployed.

Feedback Loop
To further our understanding, we engaged with several users to identify all parties involved in the project. Visualizing these stakeholders in a single map helped us understand their interactions with the customer and with each other. Stakeholder maps are beneficial as they provide a clear overview of all parties involved, their relationships, and their roles in the project. This visualization aids in identifying key influencers, decision-makers, and collaborators, ensuring a more comprehensive approach to service design.

Test Results
The MVP testing phase was largely successful, with Hosting Coordinators using the tool smoothly and confidently, following each step as instructed and demonstrating a strong understanding of the process. This success reflects the team's careful planning and effective facilitation of the testing activity.
However, the testing also revealed important areas for improvement. While Hosting Coordinators were comfortable with the tool, they identified missing information, unclear steps, and suggested enhancements to the supporting materials, such as more detailed guides and visual aids.
