Aeroman Service Design

For Aeroman, an aeronautical shop specializing in airplane parts, I reimagined their service process. By unifying their selling and quotation processes into a streamlined website, we made it easier for customers to find the parts they needed and receive quotes promptly.

This project was a deep dive into understanding the unique needs of Aeroman’s customers. Through stakeholder interviews and journey mapping, I identified pain points and opportunities for improvement. The new system simplifies complex interactions, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience—proof of how service design can transform businesses.
